At Sol Creative Foundry we are building an artist-first, community-led hub just outside the city, with parking, and a space to create, exhibit and connect.
We will be offering 3 private studio spaces, 8 semi-private smaller studio space, hot-desks, art therapy rooms, content creation studios, workshop and exhibition space.

Pricing
£10 per hour indicative rate (see note below)
Hourly rate indicative 3 private studio spaces available £300–£375/ month roughly
Note: The indicative rate above, provided by the venue, is designed to allow you to estimate the total cost of hiring a space. A number of other factors may influence the final cost and this should be agreed, in writing, between you and the venue prior to a booking being confirmed.
