The Meeting Room at Ross Street Community Centre is approximately 4.9m x 4.8m and is an ideal space for formal meetings, contact sessions, or small theatre groups.

The Meeting Room is furnished with padded meeting chairs, it has foldaway tables and a mounted white board which is often used as a screen to project on.

There is a small kitchenette opposite this room for the users of the meeting room only, it is equipped with a kettle, fridge and microwave. A disabled toilet is available to use in our foyer.

We also have a portable projector that is available for use in this room.

This space is often used for counselling sessions.

Pricing

£15 per hour indicative rate (see note below)

Note: The indicative rate above, provided by the venue, is designed to allow you to estimate the total cost of hiring a space. A number of other factors may influence the final cost and this should be agreed, in writing, between you and the venue prior to a booking being confirmed.

Access

All users will be given a formal induction of the centre and issues with a key in order for them to gain access to the building. Bookings are available up to 10pm.
