This is our price for minimal profit classes etc. We operate a dynamic pricing policy with cheaper rates for community groups and city based arts organisations. Weekend rates might be higher depending on activity.

Note: The indicative rate above, provided by the venue, is designed to allow you to estimate the total cost of hiring a space. A number of other factors may influence the final cost and this should be agreed, in writing, between you and the venue prior to a booking being confirmed.
